45:1 「当你们抽签分地作为产业时，应将一块圣地献给上主，当作献地，长二万五千肘，宽二万肘。凡在这范围之内的地全是圣的。
When you apportion the land into inheritances, you shall set apart a sacred tract of land for the LORD, twenty-five thousand cubits long and twenty thousand wide; its whole area shall be sacred.

45:2 其中一个作为圣所，长百肘；四面成方形，周围有空地，宽五十肘。
Of this land a square plot, five hundred by five hundred cubits, surrounded by a free space of fifty cubits, shall be assigned to the sanctuary.

45:3 在这一区量出二万五千肘，一万肘宽的地方其中应有圣所；
Also from this sector measure off a strip, twenty-five thousand cubits long and ten thousand wide, within which shall be the sanctuary, the holy of holies.

45:4 这块圣地，应归于在圣所内为服事上主供职的司祭，作为的住处和他们羊群的牧场。
This shall be the sacred part of the land belonging to the priests, the ministers of the sanctuary, who draw near to minister to the LORD; it shall be a place for their homes and pasture land for their cattle.

45:5 另一块五千肘长，一万肘宽的地方，归于在殿内服务的肋未人，作为他们的地业，及他们居住的城邑。
Also there shall be a strip twenty-five thousand cubits long and ten thousand wide as property for the Levites, the ministers of the temple, that they may have cities to live in.

45:6 再划出建京城的地段，宽五千肘，长二万五千肘，在保留的献地之旁，归于全以色列家族。
As property of the City you shall designate a strip five thousand cubits wide and twenty-five thousand long, parallel to the sacred tract; this shall belong to the whole house of Israel.

45:7 在保留的献地，和建城的地段的两旁，紧靠着保留的献地和建城的地段，由西边往西，由东边往东的土地，全归于元首。西边的边界，东边的边界，其长与其它支派所分得的土地相同。
The prince shall have a section bordering on both sides of the combined sacred tract and City property, extending westward on the western side and eastward on the eastern side, corresponding in length to one of the tribal portions from the western boundary to the eastern boundary

45:8 这是在以色列划归元首的领土：这样，我的元首不再压迫我的百姓，并将土地留给以色列家族及他们的各支派o
of the land. This shall be his property in Israel, so that the princes of Israel will no longer oppress my people, but will leave the land to the house of Israel according to their tribes.

45:9 吾主上主这样说：「以色列的元首，你们该舒了吧!你们应放弃强暴与抢掠，实行正义与公道，你们不要再向我的人民横征暴敛──吾主上主的断语──
Thus says the Lord GOD: Enough, you princes of Israel! Put away violence and oppression, and do what is right and just! Stop evicting my people! says the Lord GOD.

45:10 你们应用公平的天平，准确的「厄法」，准确的「巴特」。
You shall have honest scales, an honest ephah, and an honest liquid measure.

45:11 「厄法」和「巴特」的容量应当相等：即一「巴特」等于「荷默尔」的十分之一，十分之一「荷默尔」即一「厄法。」分量应依照「荷默尔」而十定。
The ephah and the liquid measure shall be of the same size: the liquid measure equal to a tenth of a homer, and the ephah equal to a tenth of a homer; by the homer they shall be determined.

45:12 一「协刻耳」应为二十「革辣。」二十「协刻耳」加二十五「协刻耳」，再加十五「协刻耳」，为你们是一「米纳」。
The shekel shall be twenty gerahs. Twenty shekels, twenty-five shekels, plus fifteen shekels shall be your mina.

45:13 你们应奉上的献仪如下：由一「荷默尔」小麦，，应献六分之一「厄法」；由一「荷默尔」大麦，也应献六分之一「厄法」。
These are the offerings you shall make: one sixth of an ephah from each homer of wheat, and one sixth of an ephah from each homer of barley.

45:14 对油的规定由一「苛尔」油，应献十分之一「巴特」，因为十「巴特」为一「荷尔」。
The regulation for oil: for every measure of oil, a tenth of a measure, computed by the kor of ten liquid measures (or a homer, for ten liquid measures make a homer).

45:15 由以色列茂盛的牧场，每二百只羊中取出一只羔羊献为供物，做全燔祭与笸平祭，为自己赎罪──吾主上主的断语──
One sheep from the flock for every two hundred from the pasturage of Israel, for sacrifice ?holocausts and peace offerings and atonement sacrifices, says the Lord GOD.

45:16 全国人民应将这样的献仪交给以色列的元首；
All the people of the land shall be bound to this offering (for the prince in Israel).

45:17 元首在庆节、月朔和安息日，以及以色列家族所有的庆节，应备办全燔祭、素祭和奠祭，又应备办赎罪祭、素祭、全燔祭与和平祭，为以色列家族赎罪。」
It shall be the duty of the prince to provide the holocausts, cereal offerings, and libations on the feasts, new moons, and sabbaths, on all the festivals of the house of Israel. He shall offer the sin offerings, cereal offerings, holocausts, and peace offerings, to make atonement on behalf of the house of Israel.

45:18 吾主上主这样说：「正月初一，你应取一头无瑕的公牛犊，为圣所取洁。
Thus says the Lord GOD: On the first day of the first month you shall use an unblemished young bull as a sacrifice to purify the sanctuary.

45:19 司祭应取赎罪祭祭牲的血，涂在圣殿的门框上，祭坛座的四角上，和内院的门框上。
Then the priest shall take some of the blood from the sin offering and put it on the doorposts of the temple, on the four corners of the ledge of the altar, and on the doorposts of the gates of the inner court.

45:20 正月初七，为那不慎误犯的人，也应照样行，为圣殿取洁。
You shall repeat this on the first day of the seventh month for those who have sinned through inadvertence or ignorance; thus you shall make atonement for the temple.

45:21 正月十四，你们应过逾越节，七天吃无酵饼。
On the fourteenth day of the first month you shall observe the feast of the Passover; for seven days unleavened bread is to be eaten.

45:22 在那一天，元首应为自己和本国人民献一头公牛犊，为赎罪祭。
On that day the prince shall offer on his own behalf, and on behalf of all the people of the land, a bull as a sin offering.

45:23 七天的庆节，他应向上主献全燔祭；七天内每天应献七头无瑕的公牛犊，和七只无瑕的公羊；每天献一只小山羊，为赎罪祭。
On each of the seven days of the feast he shall offer as a holocaust to the LORD seven bulls and seven rams without blemish, and as a sin offering he shall offer one male goat each day.

45:24 还应献素祭：为每头公牛犊献一「厄法」面；为一「厄法」面加一「辛」油。
As a cereal offering he shall offer one ephah for each bull and one ephah for each ram; and he shall offer one hin of oil for each ephah.

45:25 七月十五日的庆节，他应献同样的祭品；七天之久应献同样的赎罪祭、全燔祭、素祭和油。」
On the fifteenth day of the seventh month, the feast day, and for seven days, he shall perform the same rites, making the same sin offerings, the same holocausts, the same cereal offerings and offerings of oil.
